About the Inn
Beachrunners' Inn was built as a spacious single-family home in 1913 and has been restored to highlight the characteristics found in Craftsman homes of the period.
Each of our 5 distinctive guest rooms has its own private bath, and is furnished with either a king, queen or full-size bed. With amenities like our guest kitchen, sunny breakfast room and complimentary expanded continental breakfast, you'll get every morning off to a good start. Or, if you're an early riser, we'll have a steaming pot of coffee ready for you to take a cup to our serene garden, or with you for a walk to the beach. In the evenings, relax in our comfortable living room or walk to one of the fine restaurants in the neighborhood. There's also plenty of nightlife to explore. Hop on Long Beach Public Transit for easy transportation to the many attractions in Long Beach. If you're feeling ambitious, we can help you arrange a pleasant day trip to one of Southern California's unique attractions. Whatever your pleasure, you are sure to find it here at Beachrunners' Inn, where we specialize in friendliness, serenity and diversity! About the Innkeepers Beachrunners' Inn is a family owned and operated business. We take pride in sharing our family's warmth and hospitality with the guests who share our home. We are a small, diverse bunch scattered across the country, from Seattle to Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles, and Beachrunners' Inn is our family's way of working together. Your principal innkeepers will be Pat and her daughter Courtney. Courtney will check you in and make sure you know the wealth of fun activities nearby. Pat is in residence and will greet you with fresh coffee and her award winning baked goods in the morning. You may see Tracey, Rodger, and other family members helping out from time to time. The next generation of Innkeepers are a part of the daily grind too so expect a greeting from Donovan and Micah at check-in time. As a diverse family, we welcome a diverse clientele. We strive to make everyone feel comfortable and at home at Beachrunners'. |
